Learning effectively requires student confidence, which comes from positive experiences. Verbal reinforcement and personal success boost student confidence, however, we feel engaging students in exciting activities goes a step further. Getting physical with movements and games distract students’ personal narratives that produce anxiety, and instead helps consolidate the learning experience as being genuinely enjoyable and most importantly memorable.
